We offer readily-available materials, customized crushing, and on-site crushing services to help our clients meet their construction, development, agricultural, and landscaping needs. Our crushing services are broken into three key steps:
Step 1
Crushing
During this part of the process, we use commercial-scale crushing equipment to break larger pieces of rock or gravel down into smaller pieces.
Step 2
Screening & Sorting
After the initial crushing process, there can be variability in size. We use a aggregate screening process to sort the smaller aggregate into varying sizes for further processing or to be used by our clients.
Step 3
Washing
Some construction products, such as concrete, require aggregate to be clean and free of all debris. In order to successfully produce these materials, we move our crushed aggregate through our washing plant, where recycled water is sprayed over the rock, removing any unwanted particles before further production.

Many times, we help with heavy earthwork, and relocate our mobile crushing equipment to a land development site, where we can more effectively crush and provide materials as needed for the project.

Aggregate Testing Services
Because our aggregates play a crucial role in setting the strength, durability, and performance of construction materials like asphalt and concrete, we offer a variety of tests to verify the aggregate properties and viability. Our aggregate is inspected using exhaustive specifications for various construction aggregate products, which, by their individual design, are suitable for specific construction purposes.

Graduation Testing
To determine the particle size distribution of our aggregate to help in creating workable, strong concrete mix.
Quality Testing
To verify uniformity, purity, and strength of aggregate for various applications.
Trucking Services
Moving heavy aggregate is no easy task, especially when the source location is some distance from the project. That’s why we focus on safely and sustainably maintaining a wide variety of quarries throughout Southern Wisconsin. This ensures shorter delivery times, less reliance on fuel, and less impact on the environment.
After we have produced aggregate, our fleet of reliable, well-maintained dump trucks enter our quarries, are loaded with in the necessary material, and haul it to their respective jobsites for clients. We have a diverse fleet of trucks to haul products directly to jobsites, but our quarries are also open to customers who want to haul material with their own dump trucks.
Our team of project managers will help you determine pick up and drop off times, set schedules, and ensure you’ve got the aggregate you need, when and where you need it!
Aggregate Installation Services
After the aggregate is delivered to a jobsite via a dump truck, our crews will work to ensure the aggregate is properly installed wherever needed. Using large-scale, dependable grading and rolling equipment, our crews will build a strong base layer upon which asphalt or concrete can be installed to construct things like roads, airport runways, community pathways, and more! And with decades of experience, our crews are able to seamlessly integrate with your on-site team for efficient installation to keep your project moving forward!
Land Development Services
Many times, our clients require on-site support for their heavy earthwork projects. For large-scale developments that are looking to utilize the existing resources of their building location, or when they need to excavate and move large amounts of materials out, we come in and set up our mobile equipment. With our state-of-the-art mobile stone crushing and washing equipment, we can bring the same level of quarry-grade services to any site, building efficiency and helping to keep your project moving smoothly. Any materials we help move out of land development sites, we crush, wash, and recycle for other projects, ensuring effective stewardship of our resources.
